If you want to make audio or video compilations or use InfoTool or DiscSpeed: extract patch in the same folder.
Nero WaveEditor need audio patch and basic.
If you want to fix registration yourself, edit NeroPortable.ini in Data: change false to true and complete (Serial8 is main and others for plugins).
